IMPORTANT TO KNOW

You are required to have a qualifying condition to be approved for medical marijuana. Medical marijuana doctors cannot diagnose and recommend patients for medical marijuana.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. To avoid a $30 cancellation fee, just message us at 813.774.3474 before 10:00 am the day prior to your appointment or the Friday before if your appointment is on Monday.

GROUPON VOUCHER USAGE

We reserve the right to redeem your Groupon voucher within 24-48 hours of your appointment. No shows or cancellations without proper 24-hour advance notice will not be eligible for redemption reversal.

PATIENTS TRANSFERRING FROM OTHER CLINICS

If you are registered in the MMUR and are transferring your care to our clinic, you are considered a New Patient.

Before our office can enter your new certification and orders, you must deactivate your registry account from your previous physician in the MMU Registry account. Follow this link for instructions.

DISCLAIMER

By submitting and signing our Patient Intake forms you acknowledge you are a patient of Medical Marijuana Clinic, not a patient of the physician you will see at your scheduled appointment. If at any time that physician is no longer associated with Medical Marijuana Clinic, you will be activated in the Medical Marijuana Clinic’s medical director’s registry account.

All inclusive = No hidden costs

At Medical Marijuana Clinic, we believe that everyone should have access to this incredible natural form of medicine, no matter their financial circumstances. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent service which is an excellent value for money when obtaining your medical marijuana card in Florida and understand how quickly out-of-pocket medical bills can add up.
Your one-time fee covers:

The entire 7-month certification period.

All orders; medical marijuana, smokable flower, low-thc.

The office visit.

Any approved dosing adjustments needed for your orders.

In your search for the perfect medical marijuana clinic, you might find that there are a few key differences between clinics and it can be hard to decipher who offers what and what is included with the fee.

Although some clinics appear to be a very good value for money, they may end up costing you more in the long run. These clinics generally make up for the low up-front fee by continuously billing you for their ordering services and follow up visits.

This is why our services are all-inclusive, meaning there are no hidden costs along the way.

Once you are approved by the doctor, here are the next steps:

The doctor registers the patient in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

The State emails login credentials to you.

You complete the application & submit the $75 registration/card fee.

An approval email is sent within a few business days.

You can then make a purchase at the dispensary by showing your Florida drivers license or Florida ID – just make sure your orders have been entered into the registry before you head to the dispensary.

The State will mail your medical marijuana card within a few weeks of receiving your approval email.

You might be thinking

How long does it take to get approved for a medical marijuana card?

The state has drastically shortened the approval period and is efficiently processing applications within 24 to 48 hours if you are a Florida Resident. Seasonal Residents, or those with application issues, can usually receive approval within 3 to 5 days.

Why only a 7-month period?

Florida law requires a new certification and orders every 210 days, this means you must get re-certified every 7 months. But don’t worry – all you must do is schedule your recertification appointment online.

Why are medical marijuana cards good for 12-months but my certification is only good for 7-months?

We aren’t really sure why the State set it up like that, but they probably had a good reason. We will remind you in about 6-months from your doctor’s appointment that it is time to recertify. The State will send you a reminder to renew your card. Be sure to keep an eye out for those email reminders!

Can I just visit my regular doctor, do I still need to use your service?

Florida law also requires you to be seen by a certified medical marijuana doctor to obtain their approval for certification and medical marijuana orders. Once you have proof of condition from your doctor, follow our easy 3-step process to receive your medical marijuana card as quickly as possible.
